Delivery

For customers from Poland and the European Union


The buyer independently chooses the method of furniture delivery. The seller offers the following options:


  1. Self-pickup — the buyer independently determines the method and time of receiving the goods.

    Warehouse address: Promna-Kolonia 115, 26-803 Promna-Kolonia

  2. Standard delivery — carried out by a courier service.

    The cost of delivery for orders up to 8000 zł depends on the carrier's tariffs and is paid by the buyer.

    For orders over 8000 zł, delivery is free and includes door-to-door delivery.

  3. Premium delivery — includes delivery, carrying, assembly, and disposal of packaging.

    For orders over 20 000 zł within the Mazowieckie and Wielkopolskie voivodeships, delivery is free.


Exact delivery terms are agreed with the buyer after placing the order.

For customers from Ukraine


Estimated cost of delivery to the buyer's address:


  1. The goods are delivered to any region of Ukraine, except temporarily occupied territories.

    The delivery cost is 4000 UAH (provided that the volume of the set does not exceed 4 m³).

    Delivery services to choose from: "Private carrier" or "Nova Poshta".

    Transport company services are paid by the buyer upon receipt of the goods. To receive the order, a passport and declaration number are required.

  2. The cost of delivery in Kyiv and the region is agreed with the store manager.

  3. The cost of delivery in the cities of Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and regions is agreed with the store manager.


The cost of carrying, lifting, and assembly is agreed separately with the manager.


Attention: the buyer must be present at the delivery address during the agreed time.

Upon receiving the order it is necessary to check the goods in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, a report must be drawn up together with the courier and the seller must be notified.

Claims regarding the appearance are accepted only at the time of delivery. Without a report and photos of the damage, the claim will not be considered.


Goods that are in stock are delivered within 3–7 working days.

Custom-made goods are delivered within the time agreed with the manager, subject to partial prepayment.


Assembly service is provided upon prior agreement and is not included in the delivery cost.
