For customers from Poland and the European Union

Depending on the order value, the selected delivery method, and your preferences, we offer several convenient and secure payment methods that allow you to tailor the payment method to your individual needs.

Available payment methods

• Electronic payment – the fastest and most convenient way to pay for your order online. We support PayU and Przelewy24 systems, thanks to which you will be redirected to a secure payment page. The entire process is fast and intuitive – you choose your bank or method and confirm the transaction.
• Bank transfer – payment must be made to the bank account specified in the order confirmation email. The transfer can be made via online banking, at a bank branch, or at the post office. Order processing begins after the funds are credited.
• Cash payment – the option to pay directly upon collection in our stationary showrooms or in the form of cash on delivery (to the courier or delivery person). In the case of payment upon delivery, an additional logistics fee may be charged.
• Cash payment upon delivery. This payment method is available only when selecting the “Premium delivery” option and involves a higher order processing fee, which does not apply to other payment methods.
• Card payment in showrooms – we accept debit and credit cards in our stationary locations. Payment can be made from Monday to Saturday during specified opening hours.

For customers from Ukraine

Payment methods depend on the order amount, the selected delivery option, and your personal preferences. We offer several convenient and secure payment options:

• Online payment. The fastest and most convenient method. During checkout, you can use payment cards and services. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to a secure payment system page.
• Bank transfer. Payment can be made to the company’s bank account using the details sent after order confirmation. Transfers are available via online banking or at a bank branch. Order processing begins after the funds are credited.
• Card payment in showrooms. You can pay by bank card directly in our showrooms in the cities: Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk from Monday to Sunday during specified opening hours.
• Cash payment. Cash payment is available when visiting our showrooms in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, and Ivano-Frankivsk from Monday to Sunday during specified opening hours.
