WARRANTY AND SERVICE
All products offered in our store are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. For institutional clients, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. For individual customers, the warranty period varies depending on the collection and is presented below.
In the event of a defect in a product covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service department. The complaint procedure has been optimized to ensure quick and efficient restoration of the product to full functionality.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- improper use or incorrect handling,
- external factors (e.g. moisture, high temperature – especially in the case of teak wood elements),
- failure to follow the recommendations contained in the user manual,
- mechanical damage (e.g. impacts, falls, shocks),
- unauthorized repair attempts or interference with the product,
- natural wear and tear resulting from daily use.
Note: We recommend keeping proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the original packaging until the end of the warranty period — these documents are required to submit a complaint.
