RETURN OF GOODS

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you acquire the product or on which a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires the product.

about your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. sent by traditional or electronic mail).

You may use the ready-made withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. It is also acceptable to send any clear statement electronically. In such a case, we will immediately confirm receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email).

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the information about withdrawal before the expiry of 14 days.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will reimburse you all payments received, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day we receive information about your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The refund will be carried out using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until proof of their return has been provided — whichever occurs first.
